APIA: 3 February 2012: BlueSky customers will be able to get better value when using text messaging and data services following the launch of Prepaid Data Bundles and Prepaid Text Bundles today.

Chief Operations Officer Tiafau Douglas Creevey said the launch is part of BlueSky’s continuing effort to create even more value for our customers.

“It also makes using the Internet more affordable to all Samoans,” said Tiafau.

These new services allows customers to purchase a certain amount of texts and data at a discounted price rather than paying per text or per kilobyte of data.

Prepaid Text Bundles allows BlueSky customers to pay for more texts at less cost while texting any BlueSky mobile. While Prepaid Data Bundles on 4G network allows the fastest internet connection speeds in Samoa at an exceptionally reasonable price.

With the launch of this product, BlueSky has a special promotion for the month of February, all text and data bundles are at half price with text bundles as at the lowest prices of 50 sene and data bundles at $2.70 tala.

Customers can purchase bundles from their prepaid mobile phone by sending the package code of the bundle they want to purchase to shortcode 133.
