Ha ha. So much for his ‘decorated career at UN’. Seems like the UN only taught him how to expertly waste a country’s finances.
So having lived life in luxury entitles him to abuse public assets? YOu should be thankful your uncle is not doing this at the UN or other less corrupt governments otherwise he would be history, as they say.
