Court Case against Brian Lima adjourned to 7 May

APIA: FRIDAY 25 APRIL 2014: High Court Judge Ida Malosi continued to hear evidence from witness today in the case between rugby legend Muliagatele Brian Lima and his former wife Lemalu Sina Retzlaff.

Two security guards of the Ynot Bar, Fa’asavala Fa’autauta and To’osavili Fa’alele, described the incident where Lemalu was said to have been assaulted outside the bar around midnight 12 of December last year.

The two medical doctors Faleluafua Matatumua and Fuimaono Leavai who treated Lemalu when she was brought to hospital with her injuries also gave evidence.

Police Investigator, Sargent Tofilau Junior Tofilau, who works as the Domestic Violence Officer also gave evidence.

Judge Ida Malosi then adjourned the matter until 7 May when the witnesses for Lima will take the stand.
