APIA: FRIDAY 04 APRIL 2013: The number of couples involved in drug crimes in Samoa is growing. This is according to the Assistant Police Commissioner, Fauono Talalelei Tapu, following the arrest this week of a couple found in possession of cannabis, methamphetamine and two unlawful pistols.
The couple has been charged accordingly but the woman has been released on bail while the husband is in police custody to await a court appearance next Monday.

Meanwhile in a separate drug raid, police have arrested a 35 year old man and charged with the possession of a pipe believed to have been used for smoking cannabis and methamphetamine.
